It All Started on A Napkin…
What begin as an idea sketched on the back of a napkin by entrepreneur and health enthusiast Kara Hagen, soon came into existence through perseverance and a commitment to realizing what once was. Now, as of May 2019, this napkin sketch has been brought to life as the newest and most unique wellness experience in the area, Moccasin Springs.
Built upon the same historic site that attracted visitors from around the country to the Black Hills in the late 1800s, Kara has rejuvenated this property no different than how this property now rejuvenates its visitors with multiple natural spring pools combined with unparalleled spa services and a dining experience unlike any other at the adjoined restaurant, Buffalo Dreamer.
With natural, mineral-water soaking pools ranging from 93 degrees Fahrenheit to 102+ degrees, your body can experience a relaxation like it has never before experienced.
