From the Builder: The Cliff is an industrial contemporary design with spectacular views of Redlands Mesa Golf Course and the Colorado National Monument all the way to the Bookcliffs. The owners of this home fell in love with our Parade Home at Ventana in 2019. With a few design modifications, including a walkout basement with second living area and additional bedroom, the home became their dream home. Dual stacked fireplaces, floating steel and wood staircase accented by a two-story stone wall add a dramatic sense of warmth. A cantilevered steel supported deck highlights and compliments the natural rock formations found around the Redlands.
